Watching Italo Ferreira ride those waves is such an adrenaline rush—I love seeing the skill, focus, and flow he brings to surfing. It really makes me think about how important it is to find your own space to recharge after high-energy activities. That’s one of the reasons I’m drawn to the Retreat House at Wheel of Bliss, where you can unwind, reflect, and restore your energy in a calm, natural environment. Being able to balance action and relaxation like this helps me feel more centered and present, whether I’m chasing waves, exploring, or simply enjoying quiet moments away from the hustle.
